Information we collect
ISTK9 collects the contact, professional, account, consent, and resource-access information you submit. Agency and professional information is user-provided and is not independently verified unless ISTK9 performs a separate review.
How information is used
Information supports portal-account administration, secure resource delivery, transactional account emails, consent records, member-requested corrections, and the optional marketing communications you select. Portal announcements may appear inside the signed-in service without changing your email or SMS permissions. ISTK9 does not sell attendee information.
Consent and communications
Transactional messages are used for email confirmation, secure sign-in, security notices, and assigned-resource notices. Optional email marketing and optional calls or texts are recorded separately and can be withdrawn without losing legitimate portal access. Reply STOP to an ISTK9 marketing text to opt out of SMS communications.
Retention and security
ISTK9 retains account, resource-assignment, and consent-history records as reasonably needed to administer the portal, document permissions, meet operational requirements, and respond to requests. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no system can promise absolute security.
Your requests
You may request access, correction, account deletion, or a marketing opt-out by contacting ISTK9. A deletion request may require identity confirmation and may be limited where retention is reasonably required for security, legal, or consent-record purposes.
